End-User License Agreement

This agreement covers custom automation software built by RG Systems that connects a specific client’s business systems to that client’s own QuickBooks Online account.

Scope

Each RG Systems QuickBooks integration is built for one specific client’s exclusive use, to automate that client’s own invoicing workflow. It is not sold, licensed, or distributed to the general public.

Permitted use

The client may use the integration to create, view, and send invoices through their own QuickBooks Online account as part of the workflow RG Systems built for them. The integration must not be used to access or modify any QuickBooks account other than the client’s own.

No warranty

The integration is provided as part of an ongoing service engagement between RG Systems and the client, under the terms of their separate service agreement. RG Systems maintains and supports the integration as agreed with the client.
